• Quotes and Contracts. Prices, specifications, and conditions are set out in specific quotes/contracts and may vary by model, season, duration, and add-on services.
• Payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required at confirmation and the balance must be paid within the communicated deadlines (for charter typically 30 days before departure; for boatyard work in progress-based installments).
• Security deposit (Charter). A deposit may be required to cover deductibles/damages not covered by insurance; it is refunded if no damages or charges apply.
• Cancellation policy. Cancellations may incur penalties based on notice period and service booked. Suitable cancellation insurance is recommended.
• Licensing requirements. For bareboat charters, appropriate boating licenses/qualifications may be required; otherwise, the service will be provided with a skipper.
• Weather conditions. For safety reasons, Lascatutto may delay, reschedule, or deny departure; re-protection (date change) solutions are prioritized subject to availability.

7. Personal Data Protection
